Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of building blocks, small parts are packaged in vacuum-sealed bags, which cannot be resealed or resold once opened. Therefore, the following conditions apply for returns and exchanges:
- Unopened Bags:If the small bags are unopened when you receive the product, you can request a return or exchange.
- Opened Bags:Once the bag is opened, it is considered used and is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Common Buyer Questions:
"This is too hard to assemble, and I’ve already opened the bags. I can’t put it together."
Not eligible for return or exchange.
"I’ve opened so many bags and can’t find the parts. I don’t want it anymore."
Not eligible for return or exchange.
"My child is too young to play with it, and the product hasn’t been opened."
Eligible for return or exchange.
Missing Parts and Replacement Policy
Before packaging, we carefully check the weight of each set to ensure it is complete. Missing parts are rare, but if you discover a missing or defective part, we will provide a free replacement once within 30 days of purchase.
Replacement Process:
- Verify the missing parts and their quantities.
- Mark the missing parts on the instruction manual and note the quantity.
- Take a photo and email it to hugojohnson1997@gmail.com for registration.
- Typically, replacements will be completed within 5-14 days.
- The first replacement is free, but subsequent replacements require you to pay for shipping.
Important Reminders:
- Special Product:Since building blocks are special items, all parts are packaged automatically by the system, and missing parts are very rare. However, if parts are missing or damaged, it is considered normal.
- Cosmetic Issues:All outer parts are electroplated. During shipping, minor friction or impact may cause small scratches on parts. These are normal and do not affect the overall functionality, nor do they count as quality issues.
- Replacement Delays:Replacements may take time, and there may be delays in some cases. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellation
We understand that things can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following instructions:
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, kindly contact us at hugojohnson1997@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order and process a full refund.
After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still initiate a return by following our return procedure to ensure a hassle-free experience.
